Terms and Conditions

All use of the Advancedge Online Web pages ("advancedge.com") is subject to the terms and conditions set forth below. By accessing and using any portion of Advancedge Online or any service on advancedge.com, you agree and accept the terms and conditions described below. These terms and conditions represent a binding contract between you and Advancedge Online. If you do not agree with any of these terms and conditions, please do not continue using advancedge.com. The terms "you" or "User" refer to the person who completed the registration process or any visitor to Advancedge Online.

Use of Advancedge Online

Advancedge Online hereby grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use advancedge.com for the fees (if any) and under the terms described in this Agreement. You agree that your use of advancedge.com is solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. If accessing content that requires registration, only one person at a time may access advancedge.com using the User's screen name and password. In addition to any other restrictions on use contained in this Agreement, the User may not disseminate any portion of advancedge.com through electronic means, including mail lists or electronic bulletin boards, without the prior consent of Advancedge Online.

Subscriptions
Whether you subscribe to the print version of Advancedge magazine or to Advancedge.com only, your subscription must be fully paid before you will be provided full access to Advancedge.com. The subscription to the print version/ or the online version (if paid) is a limited period offer. You must allow 2-3 weeks of processing time for your subscription

You agree to pay all fees and charges (if any) incurred in connection with your User name and password, including applicable taxes and communications or access charges, at the rates in effect when the charges were incurred. The list of current fees is available at ‘Subscribe Now’ link. Advancedge may change subscription rates in the normal course of business. In that case, you will be notified of the new rates (if any) prior to the end of your subscription term. All charges incurred in connection with your account will be billed to the credit card you designate during the subscription process.

Free subscription gift (if any) will reach you within 8-10 weeks of commencement of your subscription. Specific colour & features of the guaranteed free gifts are subject to change depending on the availability of the stock. It will not be possible to entertain any request for cancellation of your subscription once your free gift has been dispatched.

Add Rs.25 for cheques outside Mumbai. Do not send cash.

All subscription forms received after the cut off date will be returned to the sender and they will not be eligible for the offer. IMS Learning Resources Pvt. Ltd. will not be responsible for postal delays, transit losses or mutilation of the subscription form.

Disputes
All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts and forums in Mumbai only. IMS Learning Resources Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to terminate or extend this offer or any part thereof at any time or to accept or reject any forms received at their absolute discretion without assigning any reason.

The User agrees to indemnify IMS Publications and IMS Learning Resources Pvt. Ltd from all damages, liabilities, costs, charges and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, which IMS Publications, a division of IMS Learning Resources Pvt. Ltd, their affiliates, employees, and authorized representatives may incur as a result of the User's breach of this Agreement.

Advancedge Online is committed to protecting the privacy of its users.

To make use of certain features on our websites, visitors must provide certain information as part of the subscription/registration process. (We may ask, for example, for your name, email address, educational qualification and occupation.) The information you supply will help us to make Advancedge Online a better website by allowing us to tailor our site to your interests and make it more useful to you. It will also help us to provide updates/news and announcements of those B-schools that match your profile.

Here, we wish to inform all users of Advancedge Online that, they may choose to not have any updates/ promotions/ news or announcements through snail mail or by telephone/mobile/SMS. The user may check the option of ‘I do not wish to have any updates through snail mail or by telephone/mobile/SMS’ at the time of subscription. Advancedge Online will however have access to the user’s email ID and will contact the user with the latest news/announcements/updates on the email ID provided by the student during the registration process.

In some instances, which involve, for example, subscriptions, you may need to provide all the information before the subscription can reach you. We can't deliver your magazines or notify you that you've been lucky enough to win a prize in a promotional contest if we don't know how to contact you.

Advancedge Online includes links to other websites whose privacy policies we do not control. Once you leave our servers (you can tell where you are by checking the URL in the location bar on your browser), use of any information you provide is governed by the privacy policy of the operator of the site you are visiting. That policy may differ from ours. If you can't find the privacy policy of any of these sites via a link from the site's homepage, you should contact the site directly for more information.

If we need to change our privacy policy at some point in the future, we'll post the changes before they take effect. Of course, our use of any information we gather will always be consistent with the policy under which the information was collected, regardless of what the new policy may be
