Dr Susheel Kandalgaonkar, has recently been appointed as the Director of IMDR (Institute of Management Development and Research) Pune. He did his MA from Shivaji University, Kolhapur, and is an MBA from the University of Pune; he also has a PhD in Human Resource Management. He has been teaching postgraduate courses in Management and Organizational Development at the Institute for over two decades and has also participated in the design and delivery of the two-year day course PGDHR at the institute.
