All use of the MBA Career Guide (MCG) Online Web pages ("advancedge/mcg.com") is subject to the terms and conditions set forth below. By accessing and using any portion of MCG Online or any service on advancedge/mcg.com, you agree and accept the terms and conditions described below. These terms and conditions represent a binding contract between you and MCG Online. If you do not agree with any of these terms and conditions, please do not continue using Advancedge/mcg.com.  The terms "you" or "User" refer to the person who completed the registration process or any visitor to MCG Online.

Use of MCG Online

MCG Online hereby grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use Advancedge/mcg.com for the fees (if any) and under the terms described in this Agreement. You agree that your use of MCG online is solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. If accessing content that requires registration, only one person at a time may access Advancedge/mcg.com using the User's screen name and password.  In addition to any other restrictions on use contained in this Agreement, the User may not disseminate any portion of Advancedge/mcg.com through electronic means, including mail lists or electronic bulletin boards, without the prior consent of MCG Online.

Purchase/ Subscriptions
Whether you purchase/subscribe to the print version of MBA Career Guide or to MCG online only, your payment/subscription must be fully paid before you will be provided full access to the Guide and its online contents. The purchase/ subscription of the print version/ or the online version (if paid) is a limited period offer. You must allow 2-3 weeks of processing time for your subscription.

You agree to pay all fees and charges (if any) incurred in connection with your User name and password, including applicable taxes and communications or access charges, at the rates in effect when the charges were incurred. The list of current fees is available at ‘Buy Now’ link. MCG may change rates in the normal course of business. All charges incurred in connection with your account will be billed to the credit card you designate during the subscription process.

Free purchase/ subscription gift (if any) will reach you within 8-10 weeks of commencement of your subscription. Specific colour & features of the guaranteed free gifts are subject to change depending on the availability of the stock.  It will not be possible to entertain any request for cancellation of your purchase/subscription once your free gift has been dispatched.

Add Rs.25 for cheques outside Mumbai. Do not send cash.

All purchase/subscription forms received after the cut of the date will be returned to the sender and they will not be eligible for the offer. IMS Learning Resources Pvt. Ltd. will not be responsible for postal delays, transit losses or mutilation of the purchase/subscription form.

Disputes
All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts and forums in Mumbai only. IMS Learning Resources Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to terminate or extend this offer or any part thereof at any time or to accept or reject any forms received at their absolute discretion without assigning any reason.
