Scholarships for emerging markets at INSEAD

International business school, INSEAD which has two global campuses in France and Singapore is now offering a need based scholarship for emerging markets also known as “INSEAD Orange Endowed scholarship for emerging markets”. The endowed scholarship will be offered to participants at INSEAD who come from emerging markets by the France telecom group, one among the leading telecommunications operators in the world whose main commercial brand is Orange. Candidates supported by this endowment would also need to be motivated to pursue their career in one of the regions where Orange operates.
Candidates interested in applying for this scholarship would need to represent one of the following countries; Armenia, Brazil, Central African Republic, Dominican Republic, Egypt, India, Kenya, Madagascar, Moldova, Niger, Romania, Russia, Slovakia, South Africa, United Arab Emirates (Dubai) and Uganda. Preference would be given to candidates who can demonstrate a genuine financial need. Knowledge of the French language is an added advantage. The amount awarded under the scholarship is up to 20,000 euros. Interested candidates need to apply for this scholarship by completing the INSEAD need based application form. Deserving candidates would be shortlisted and selected based on their application form and an essay submitted along with the application.
The deadlines for the scholarship application is usually in February for the class which starts in September and sometime in August for the class which starts in January.
