The Duke Fuqua School of Business announces Daytime, Cross-continent and Global Executive MBA programmes

A Mumbai information session for daytime, cross-continent and global executive MBA programmes offered by The Duke Fuqua School of Business will be held on Saturday, January 9, 2010 at Taj Lands End, Garden View Hall, Mumbai.
The Duke MBA—Cross Continent programme is designed to help full-time working professionals earn a world-class MBA in only 16 months, and build a culturally-diverse peer network across the globe. Locations for the course would be London, Dubai, New Delhi, St. Petersburg, Shanghai, and Durham, North Carolina while part of instruction would also be imparted through the distance learning platform. This programme builds more than global awareness; it provides the real-world experience that will help students develop global competence and prepare them for international job responsibilities. The courses cover all functional areas of business.
The Duke MBA—Daytime provides a solid foundation in business fundamentals with a global perspective. It focuses on several functional areas like economics, finance, marketing and operation management. The duration of the programme is 22 months. Average work experience in the class is 5 years.
Launched in 1996, The Duke MBA—Global Executive was the world’s first, and remains the leading truly global MBA programme for senior executives. Programme format combines unique residential sessions in Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and North America with Internet-enabled distance learning. Intake is around 80-85 students.
