Disney Comes To Suryadatta Group of Institutes, Pune

Suryadatta group of Institutes in association with Global forum Management who joined hands with Disney and organized a workshop on “ Quality Service and Inspiring creativity . The Disney institute, a recognized leader in experiential training for business professionals across the globe, with over 85 years of experience in helping understand the business behind the magic, shared its insights at this workshop.

This unique interactive workshop on “ Quality Service and inspiring creativity” was held at Suryadatta's Bavdhan Campus, Pune on 25th & 26th Sept, 2009. Over 200 students,Faculty and Staff attended this workshop.

Dr. Sanjay Chordiya,Chairman, Suryadatta Group of Institutes, Mr. Mark W. Matheis and Mr. Jeffery Williford lit the lamp to formally open the ceremony. The Course conductors Mr. Jeffery Williford & Mr. Mark W. Mathesis gave insights to these future managers through real life examples and experiences. At Disney, they take common sense and make it common practice turning it into sound business practice.

The Workshop proved to be an animated one with very active participation from the delegates. The learning was immense and focused on taking the fundamental philosophies contributing to the creativity of Walt Disney and adapting them to business Organizations. Emphasis was on exploring ways to nurture creativity and implement ideas by examining the relationships between a collaborative culture,the organizational identity,its structural systems and the role of a leader. Ways of fostering a creative climate and tapping into the employees full potential to create a steady flow of ideas resulting in innovative products,services and systems. The Workshop opened up,to the participants, Walt Disney’s belief “There is no science to creativity. It's about taking intelligent risks,tolerating mistakes,respecting  boundaries,and most important,having the right people in place to make the right choices.”
