CAT day four

December1, which was day four of the CAT faced similar technical issues in administering the test at a few centers. The glitches experienced by students were less as compared to the first three days. Many students were informed that their tests were canceled and would be rescheduled for a later date. As per prometric the candidates who were not able to take the tests would be given a rescheduled time and test date within 48 hours of the cancellation of their test. However students are yet to hear from Prometric.

The government has also raised concerns about the on going disruptions in the nationwide test and as per unconfirmed reports has insisted on an inquiry into the entire matter. The IIMs have submitted a report  to the government about the matter.

Test centers like the Garden city college in Bangalore, TIT centre in Bhopal and others in Lucknow, Delhi and Nagpur faced issues in administering the test. Tests stood canceled at these centers.
Candidates who did manage to take the test successfully however did face time delays in the test as each test page took some time in loading on the screen.
