Admissions to MBA programmes at Punjab University
Punjab University has invited applications from aspirants for six of its management programmes which are MBA (Retail management); MBA (Banking & Insurance management); MBA(Telecommunication & IT); MBA(Infrastructure Management); MBA (Pharmaceutical Management) and MBA (Hospital Management). Application forms have been on sale from February 2 2009 and the last date for submission of forms is February 27 without a late fee. Forms will also be accepted after that and up to March 9, 2009 with a late fee of Rs 1000/-.
Application forms can be obtained by post from the Manager, Publication Bureau, Punjab University, Sector 14, Chandigarh upon payment of Rs 1730/- (Rs 905/- for SC/ST) through a Bank draft drawn in favor of Registrar, Punjab University, payable at Chandigarh. The prospectus including the application form is also available on line at www.uiams.puchd.ac.in
Aspirants will have to appear for an entrance test conducted by the university in order to gain admission to the MBA programme. The entrance test will be conducted on March 22, 2009.
